Nokia recently officially unveiled its first flagship TD-LTE phone- Nokia Lumia 636. Window phones are gaining popularity due to their simple user interface. The unveiling Nokia X+ the Window phones announced the launch of LTE enabled Lumia 636. Microsoft owned Nokia this time focused on Time and Frequency Division LTE for bringing up this device.

This flagship device of Nokia is expected to have a 4.5 inch FWVGA Clear Black (480×854 pixels) LCD display along with Gorilla Glass 3 with pixel density of 221 ppi; no front facing camera but has a 5 mega pixel rear autofocus camera, a 1.2 GHz quad-core & Snapdragon 400 processor, 8 GB of built in storage, and fuelled by a 1830 mAh battery, operating on Windows Phone 8.1. Quiet impressive specs I must say, let’s see how the market responds to it.
It is speculated that the Nokia Lumia 636 is said to have the identical specifications with 1 GB RAM instead of 512 MB on the Lumia 630. Nokia Lumia 630 was earlier launched on the event of Microsoft Build 2014 in April and the upcoming Lumia 636 is rumored to be somewhat similar.
The price of Nokia Lumia 636 is expected to be different in various regions. Microsoft has set to launch Nokia Lumia 636, and Lumia 638 priced approximately Rs 12,400 and Lumia 638 at Rs 11,400. The launch price of Lumia 636 is expected to be around 210 USD, and in India it will be approximately Rs. 12000. The price can vary when it reaches other parts of the world, so nothing is official yet. It is comparatively cheaper than other brands that come in almost same features but heavy price tags.
Microsoft owned Nokia has not given the clear statement about the release date of this smart phone. It is rumored to hit the Indian market in August 2014. By July & August 2014, the phone will be there in China and India.
